1. Definitions and Scope

In this document, "1333bet", "platform", "site" or "we" refers to the online gaming service operated by 1333bet. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person who is registered on or visits the platform.

These terms apply to all services offered by 1333bet — including slot games, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, bingo, and other entertainment categories. Using any part of the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account on 1333bet and participate in any gaming or betting activity. If an age verification irregularity is found, the account will be closed immediately and 1333bet reserves the right to hold any deposited funds.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each person may hold only one account. If a person is found to have more than one account, all accounts will be cancelled and the balances in those accounts may be forfeited. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when opening an account — including your name, date of birth, mobile number and email address. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and suspension of any due payments. Members must notify the support team immediately if any of their details change.

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Password Protection

You are responsible for keeping your login details — username, password and OTP — completely confidential. If you share this information with anyone else, you will be fully liable for any transactions carried out on that account. If you suspect your login details have been stolen or used without your permission, contact our support team immediately.

3.2 KYC Verification

To ensure secure service, 1333bet may at any time ask a member to submit identity documents (national ID or passport), proof of address, or proof of payment method. If documents are not provided within the specified time, withdrawal processing may be suspended. This verification process is conducted for the user's own security.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at 1333bet is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted — the source of funds must be a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal requests are processed using the same payment method that was used for the deposit. Large withdrawals may be delayed until KYC verification is complete.

4.3 Fraud and Unusual Transactions

1333bet reserves the right to suspend an account and any transactions in the event of any suspicious or unusual activity. Attempts to transfer funds across multiple accounts by the same person or from the same IP address will be treated as fraud.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,500 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,500 — however, to withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (in this case ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 wagering required).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once per account.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
• If only the original deposited amount is withdrawn before wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus will be cancelled.
• 1333bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is found, the relevant account may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

1333bet has three VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (up to 1.0%), and Gold (up to 1.5%). Cashback is calculated on the week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings). For example, a Silver-tier member with ৳20,000 in net losses for the week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback. Regular play allows members to progress to higher tiers.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Right to Cancel Bets

1333bet reserves the right to cancel any bet due to technical errors, mistakes in odds offered, or errors from data providers. In such cases, the amount staked on the bet will be returned to the account.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds displayed for betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football and other sports may change at any time. Once a bet is confirmed, it will be settled at the odds shown at the time of confirmation. Specific rules for the relevant sport apply to in-play betting.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

The RTP (Return to Player) of all games is set by the game provider and cannot be changed. Game outcomes are entirely controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG). If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the record stored in the 1333bet system will be considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1333bet platform:

• Opening multiple accounts or using third-party accounts.
• Using bots, automated software, or any technical means to attempt to influence game outcomes.
• Creating artificial betting patterns for the purpose of earning bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in harassing, offensive, or threatening behaviour towards other members or staff.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed and funds in the account may be forfeited.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 1333bet

1333bet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or security reasons. The reason for the suspension will be communicated to the member by email, and an opportunity will be given to raise an objection with the support team within a specified period.

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting us through our support channels. All active bets must be settled before the account is closed, and you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance.

9. Personal Data and Privacy

11.2 Resolution Process

1333bet takes all valid complaints seriously and will review the relevant records, logs and evidence before communicating a decision. Information stored in system logs will be treated as the final record, and the decision of 1333bet on such matters is final.

12. Changes to Terms and General Provisions

12.1 Right to Change Terms

1333bet reserves the right to amend, add to, or cancel these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or via a notice on the site. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Failure to enforce any particular term does not mean that 1333bet is waiving that term.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any other applicable rules together form the entire agreement between the user and 1333bet. Verbal or written promises made by any third-party representative cannot amend these terms.
